This is a ground floor flat in a 4 floor building and have a park place. Sleeping is for 6 persons. You’ve 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, the other one is a twin (2 beds), and you’ve a sofa in the living-room. Bedding is new.
US kitchen, 4 electric lights, an induction light, a washing machine for dishes and clothes, an electric oven,a  microwave oven,a  TV and DVD, toaster, fridge with freezer, stereophonic system, coffee-maker, Senseo, iron. You can hang up the washing.

There’s a low armless chair transformable in bed in the yellow bedroom. You’ve a desk, books, magazines, some indoor games.

You’ve 3 radiators and 3 ventilators in accordance with the season.

The bathroom has a bath, WC, washbasin and a bidet.

There’s a wardrobe in each bedroom, little balcony with table and garden chairs.

You can rent from Saturday 5.00 p.m to Saturday 11.00 a.m. You’ve to clean the flat at the end of your stay. If you don’t clean, you’ll have to pay 50 euros more. The reception is made by the owner, except if he can’t come.

Reduction : for a stay of 2 weeks : 40 euros.  For 3 weeks : 70 euros.   For 4 weeks : 120 euros.

Deposit : 30 % at the reservation, the balance when you come to take keys.

Guarantee : 400 euros.

You can pay with credit card in Internet.

I supply blankets, pillows, duvets but the other linen isn’t supplied. You can rent it at the reservation.

Prices of linen renting : For 140 cm bed or for sofa : sheets and 2 pillowcases : 13 euros.

For 90 cm bed : sheets and 1 pillowcase : 9 euros.

1 towel, 1 shower towel, 1 glove, 1 cloth, 1 handtowel : 6 euros.

For each linen renting, I loan a bath carpet for the all stay.

I use a sliding scale of charges for steady weeks : reduction of 1 euro for each week (stay of 2 weeks), 2 euros each for a stay of 3 weeks, 4 euros each for a stay of 4 weeks.

It’s possible to have a free bed for your baby, a push-chair, and a car seat, but you’ve to ask them to me when you’ll reserve.

Water and electricity are included in the price, but you pay for 7m3 of water for a week, and 210 kwh of electricity. If you use more, you’ll to pay the difference at the end of your stay.

Free service : if you want something, I’ll go to buy all you need and you’ll find them at your arrivals. (milk, coffee, pasta…). You’ll pay Carrefour Express prices (just near the flat) but you don’t have to go in shops when you arrive. You an send your list by mail 1 week before your stay. Maximum : 50 euros. You’ll pay when you arrive.

Reduction : If you reserve and pay before February 15th, I’ll lend you linen during your stay : 6 towels, 6 bath towels, 6 gloves, 6 hand-towels and 6 clothes.

The apartment is well-situated because :

More than beach at 50 m, you’ve :

-         a free buffet in a hotel restaurant from april to October,

-         a grill-restaurant where you can take away your meals,

-         a pizzeria opened all summer long and week-ends from May to September,

-         a little shop saling bread in July and August,

-         a restaurant with sweet prices : nearby 9 euros with a choice of 3 different meats, VAT included.

-         a sea-water therapy center with swimming-pool, opened all year long,

-         a bus-stop to go to Rosas center and come back,

-         a bike renting shop,

-         an hotel where you’ve a machine with different things,

(all you’ve forget to start your stay and when shops are closed) : for babys : jars of baby food, comforter, beauty products, toothpaste, preservatives…

Near the paseo, sea-side and different stores :

-         phones boxes,

-         pillar box to send your postcards (you can buy stamps in postcards stores),

-         rubbishes to sort (glass, plastic, cardboard),

-         free bus to go to karting,

A little bit far, other stores, attractions, Cuc park, 2 mini-golfs, bowling pitch.

But you don’t have noisy bars and restaurants around the apartment. It’s so quiet…

You’ve to take your car just to go shopping (ex: Carrefour)), but during your stay, you can let your car on the carplace and go by feet, bicycle or bus.
