HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR RENT IN ROSAS ?		If you search a flat to dwell for 6 persons at 50 m from the sea-side, cliquez ici!

There’s a lot of propositions, but according to your desire, you’ve to know some things to make a good choice, not to be disappointed, particularly if you’ve never come in Rosas.

The beach, the sea-side : It’s very long and nice. You can find all you want. In some places as Salatar, it’s not deep so you can go far to swim. (that’s OK for children). Some other beaches have pebbles, as Calla Montjoi. But, they’re not too large, so you don’t have to walk a long time to go swimming.

Here you’ve an access to see all of them in details You’ve to know how to go to the beach. The distance to go to the beach is not evident. Sometimes, you’ve nice houses to rent at 200 meters of the beach, with sea-side view…but it’s difficult to come back because you’re very sloping streets.

So, when you’re tired after a swim day, it’s not the best. You’ve a bus but forget to take the car. It’s so difficult to park it ( in summer). If you choose Rosas to practice an aquatic sport, it’s better to stay near the club. (Here you an see my leisure page to choose want you prefer).

If you want to have a nice view, you’ve to go in the high of Rosas but it becomes uneasy to go to the beach. You can find buildings on the sea-side but not too much, you can rent a flat very high, where you’ll have to take an elevator each time you go outside (think to your cases, food, at the beginning and at the end of your stay). You’re on holiday, not at home! Noise : yes, in summer, in Rosas, there’s a lot of people. They live at “Spanish hour” and it’s noisy. You’ve noise in center of Rosas and in commercial part of Santa Margarita . But, if you’re roisterers, it’ll be ok for you.

The town is sprawling : So, if you choose to rent in Mas Bosca or Mas Fumats, you’ll be quiet but you’ll have to take your car for all, even to buy your bread. But, you’ll do nice walks in the garrigue. Here, Rosas' maps There’re just stores in center of town, in the sea-side or around Almadrava road. Neverless, stores are opened to 8-9 p.m. Often (sometimes later in summer), also sundays and public holiday.
